Rubber Pyrolysis
Industrial continuous waste rubber pyrolysis production line aims to reduce waste rubber into aboriginal petroleum component and carbon black, and to get high quality fuel oil and carbon black while avoiding any pollution. The process design is reasonable, and the equipment is not only trustworthy but also can bring good environmental, social and economic benefit.
1. Waste rubber shredding and feeding systemThe purpose of this system is to process the waste tires into the shreds less than 40x40mm with the rubber shredder (steel wire is cut together with the rubber shreds).
2. Heating systemThe purpose of this system is to provide the material inside the continuous reactor with the adequate heat for low temperature pyrolysis and cracking reaction and realize waste heat utilization, rapid and accurate temperature control and adjustment.
3. Continuous pyrolysis systemIts purpose is to send the rubber shreds and catalyst together into the feeding machine via the lifting conveyer and then continuously send them into the reactor for heating via the feeding machine, after absorbing enough heat, the material low temperature pyrolysis and cracking reaction converting the rubber into a solid state(raw carbon black and steel wire) and a gas state (oil gas) product; it can realize continuous feeding, oil gas output and leftover discharging (raw carbon black and steel wire).
4. Oil separation and cooling systemPurpose of the oil separator is to roughly separate the component of the pyrolysis oil gas into light oil component and heavy oil component. Purpose of the cooling system is to cool down the oil gas of light oil component and heavy oil component into liquid oil and combustible gas.
5. Combustible gas scrubbing systemIts purpose is to scrub the combustible gas by making the combustible gas fully contact and react with the clarifying solution to eliminate the harmful component of the combustible gas, such as sulfureted hydrogen, mercaptan. The scrubbed combustible gas is used for heating system.
6. Gas purification systemIts purpose is to cool and purify the surplus gas after cycling heating for pyrolysis with the gas purification system to make the content of sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide,nitrogen oxide, dust granule and other harmful substances meet the emission standard of the domestic relative industry.
7. Electric control SystemThe purpose of this system is to centralized control the electric equipment of the whole production line by employing various of modern instrument and meters with characters such aseasy operation, object monitoring to ensure a reliable running of the line.
8. Raw carbon black processing systemThe purpose of this system is to continuously send the solid product (raw carbon) from the waste rubber pyrolysis reaction into the carbon black processing system to get the finished carbon balck (as to this system, we provide the processing technology and customers choose the equipment by themselves).
